Josh joined our firm in 2002 after graduation from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

    Josh was born in Franklin, Nebraska and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he majored in political science. While in law school, Josh participated in moot court and client counseling competitions, and was awarded Best First Year Brief in 2000.

    Josh is a member of the Lincoln Bar Association and the Nebraska Bar Association. He currently has a broad practice, including banking law, school law, and general civil litigation.

    Josh's wife, Chelsea, is a physical therapist at a Lincoln hospital. In their spare time, Josh and Chelsea enjoy movies, traveling, and reading.
