In July, 1997, Robby returned to our firm as an associate after
serving two years as a law clerk to the Honorable G. G. Fagg, a judge on
the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
A Lincoln native, Robby received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska in May 1992. As an undergraduate, Robby worked in our firm as a runner, was a member of the College of Business Administration Student Advisory Board, and served as president of Theta Chi fraternity. While in law school, Robby worked in our office as a law clerk. Robby also served as Research Editor of the Nebraska Law Review and was a member of an award-winning National Moot Court Team. In May 1995, Robby graduated with high distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was awarded The Order of the Coif and The Order of Barristers.
Robby is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Iowa State Bar Association.
Robby's wife, Kris, is
an attorney who works for Judge Arlen Bean of the Eighth Circuit Court
of Appeals. Robby and Kris are both feverish Husker fans and they enjoy
softball, bicycling, and many outdoor watersports.
